strategic planning of voting machines forces some people to wait in line for many hours, up to 13 hours. this isn’t funny. it’s “mnogo glupasti”  - a very large and bad thing/mistake (in Bulgarian language, not sure how to say that in Russian.)

however, long lines and not reaching a 140% voter turnout is preferable to the opposite.

note, americas = north, south, central, and all americas. probably western europe, australia, and any semi white, maybe overweight place that doesn’t include eastern europe or asia. that way we won’t cut ourselves off from any funny pics, ’cause that would just be a poor choice.
